Redefining Workforce Solutions

The Severson Group (TSG), was founded in 2004 in San Diego, California. TSG is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Over the years, we’ve expanded our qualifications to include 8(a) certification, California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) status, and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). We’re also proud to be recognized as a 2025 SBA Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year award recipient in our region—an honor that reflects our continued commitment to excellence, accountability, and service.

TSG is a national government contractor delivering mission-ready workforce and program solutions to federal, state, and local agencies.  We provide and employ the right people to keep important government services and programs running smoothly. Our workforce combines skilled talent with strong project leadership to help clients meet their mission goals across several NAICS categories.
